On my Developer 3DS, I can bring up the revision of the Home Menu, at the Home Menu, but it is different to the revision SYSMENU (0004003000009802). They can't be the same but on the title list page SYSMENU links to the Home Menu. :Yes, SYSMENU is Homemenu.
