Quick Camera is a shortcut on HOME Menu of the 3DS software. It is activated with the L and R buttons, and can access both the outer and inner camera.
This shortcut can also function as a QR code scanner, opening the web browser with the link contained in the QR code. You can remove and put back in the SD card safely while this is opened
