The following was updated: NVer/CVer, eShop, friends-sysmodule, NATIVE_FIRM, mint, Web browser Data (title 0004001B00018002). EULA was also updated only for JPN.
The following changed in the RomFs for 0004001B00018002:
* "/js/cave.js differ" updated
* "/js/cave.min.js" updated
* "/json/": The "message_" files for localization were updated.

Besides the usual changes (version bumps / anti-downgrade list), the only other change was updating sm.
The changes in SM added bound checks to RegisterService and RegisterPort, thereby fixing smpwn (the only other change was removing an unused field in a structure).
