This specifies the root CA cert(DER format) to use with this SSL session, instead of using the default SSL root CA certs embedded in the SSL module.

This adds the specified root CA cert(DER format) to the trusted root CA cert chain, for this SSL session. The default trusted SSL root CA certs are the certs embedded in SSL module.
