Certainly,it can read DS saves and reflect it to 3DS saves.
The 3DS game ,New LovePlus probably adopt the new save encryption.
Nintendo "must" not allow us to decrypt download title saves.
So,I could analyze it before,but it seemed to get no results,I didn't.
