It is worth noting that generally speaking Developer apps get more features with newer revisions, but there are a few cases were functionality is removed. Revision 33437 was capable of 'managing' 'System' applications like Mii Maker and System Settings. It was also capable of manageing SExtData (Shared ExtData)
